Spice Bag | Masala Chai

I started experimenting with this masala chai recipe when I was first getting into tea over a decade ago. It's had many iterations, but none as lovely as this. 

It all starts with an Assamese Black Tea - malty & jammy

We then hand blend in the spices:

• Green Cardamom
• Cinnamon
• Cloves
• Nutmeg
• Allspice
• Black Peppercorns
• Red Sichuan Peppercorns 

A little unconventional, a lot delicious...

Also we call it Spice Bag for no other reasons than there are spices in a bag... don't expect the Irish delicacy to be sent to your door.
