Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount (if applicable). This threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout and may vary during promotions.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition:

  • Loose leaf teas are sealed in airtight, food-safe packaging to preserve flavor and aroma.
  • Teaware is securely wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items (if applicable)

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
