If you grew up in North America, you might be familiar with a plant many called “Root Beer Plant” due to its uncanny aroma of root beer when you split these leaves open. Our Wintergreen, Gaultheria Procumbens, is a locally foraged plant which brews up slightly minty and sweet very much like root beers. Absolutely delicious and refreshing, especially when iced!
