Collection: White Tea
Though often touted as the "simplest form of tea", there is a great deal of skill involved in creating a delicious White Tea.
White Tea is picked and promptly withered until dried, which can create a wide array of flavours depending on how long this withering step takes. On top of this, due to the minimal processing, there is nothing the tea producers can hide behind to mask the imperfections of the tea. Everything must be perfect - from the terroir, to the conditions when picking.
